His build reflects years of flying, physical work, and discipline rather than vanity. His black hair, now touched with silver, is normally tied back, while a neatly trimmed salt-and-pepper beard frames a kind but reserved face. Personality & Traits
| General Overview | Griffin Blackwell is a former Starfleet fighter pilot who found a second calling behind the bar. Reserved but approachable, he has become a familiar face aboard the USS Orcrist. Whether serving a quiet cup of coffee, sharing an occasional story, or simply offering a listening ear, Griffin believes everyone deserves a place where rank can be set aside and people can simply be themselves. Few aboard the ship know much about his past, and Griffin has little interest in talking about it. Those who spend enough time in the Prancing Pony eventually discover that behind the quiet smile is a man of deep integrity, steady compassion, and quiet wisdom. |

| Personal History | Griffin Conall Blackwell entered Starfleet with dreams of flying among the stars and spent much of his career serving in Starfleet's fighter community. Over the years he earned the respect of fellow pilots as both a skilled aviator and an instructor, helping shape the next generation of fighter pilots. Following an amicable divorce and the conclusion of his flying career, Griffin chose to remain within the Starfleet family rather than retire planetside. Accepting a civilian position aboard the USS Majestic, he became the steward of the Arcana Lounge. There he discovered that while his days of climbing into a cockpit were behind him, his ability to care for people had found a new purpose. When Captain Elijah Rutherford transferred to command the newly commissioned USS Orcrist, Griffin accepted the opportunity to accompany him and help establish the Prancing Pony. Though Sebastian later assumed responsibility for managing the lounge, Griffin remained its welcoming face behind the bar. Known to some simply as the bartender, Griffin has quietly become something far more meaningful to the crew: a trusted listener, a familiar friend, and a steady presence to whom rank matters far less than character. |
