Zeria was born on Marga III to Saria, a single mother who never disclosed who the father of her child was. She was raised outside of town and learned at a young age how to grow her own food and survive on a planet that catered to tourists. She was never apart of that life though and grew up in the old town where tradition and conservatism reigned. As she was a bastard child very few people had anything to do with her and she usually had to use her winning personality to make friends and allies.
In 2396 when the USS Majestic visited the planet, Zeria was introduced to Dominic Aldrich, the chief science officer. He was stranded on the planet for five years due to an unusual phasing event caused by decaying machinery. The two became close friends and she followed him back to his starship effectively leaving behind her planet forever. |
