| Personal History | Jasmine Miranda Pratchett, born in Nairn, Scotland a town in the Highlands and where the sea can be seen on one end on another the forest can be seen as well. Jasmine is the oldest of three, the middle one is her brother Thomas and the youngest is Julia. Her parents are Ellis and Jenny Pratchett. Ellis is a historian and also the owner of a ship that sails the sea. A replica of a Zulu class ship which was used for fishing which was part of the livlihood of those living there, back in the day. Jenny Pratchett, Jasmine's mother, is from a starfaring family, her father Robert Pratchett a civilian. His ancestry hailed from those who sailed the seas taking goods to different parts of the world. Jenny though prefered to be home as she was a botanist, one who was into plants and conservation of plants which had been on the endangered list. ============================================= Jasmine was an active child and her fondest memories was when her parents would take her and her siblings out on the boat which was called, Scottish Primrose. Named after the flowers that commonly bloomed through out Scotland. A flower that Jenny helped to preserve and keep alive from extinction. Jasmine was someone who loved to travel but also felt it was her calling to provide guidance, someone who would listen to those who needed a listening ear. She became a counselor, after going through StarFleet Academy following in the footsteps of her Aunt on her mother's side. Years down the road, she officially met Elijah while on a ship they both served on. Both fell in love, in what could have been termed love at first sight, though something that Elijah might not have remembered, she had met Elijah when she was back at the academy. Even before that she met him when she was but a teenager. Their fathers knew each other. It was found rather interesting when both Elijah and Jasmine had compared notes and found that they had passed through each others circles and past. |
